Hello friend!
My hope is that this link to the November Prayer Guide finds you seeking the glimmers of beauty in nature wherever you are right now. Listing those gratitudes and numbering them one by one is a great way to retrain our minds to focus on the “gifts” of the day. The more I seek them, the more I find! Allow your brain a little time and grace to make the shifts necessary to start seeing more of them. In our modern world, we expect everything instantly and retraining our mind is not instantaneous.
As you utilize this month’s prayer guide, go slow. Read aloud or write the scriptures. Post them around your home. (I literally use post-it notes for this). It helps us to take time. Experience the repetition and frequency of learning new verses while meditating on our Sovereign God. Especially as we go through the election of our new President, remember that you have navigated your family through other presidencies and made good and bad choices during those years. We will all do that during the next four years as well. We pray and release the outcome to the Lord. He is our Sovereign God and in control of everything.
If there is a specific request I can pray for you and your family, please shoot me an email. I do pray for you all, but love being specific where I am able.
Thank you so much for your wonderful responses to my survey. It is amazing that we have so much more in common than we believe we do. This survey is on-going, so if you missed it, you CAN GO TO THE SURVEY LINK NOW.
Warmly,
Bonnie
